Regulations of Mr. Kleks Polish Saturday School in Accrington

1. students of Polish Saturday School in Accrington are expected:
a) punctual and regular attendance at lessons,
b) regularity in learning,
c) participation in performances and academies organized by the school,
d) respect for themselves, teachers, social and private property,
e) use of Polish language at school and at home.

(2) Students are forbidden:
a) to go outside the school premises during lessons and breaks,
b) to run and make noise at school,
c) to use cell phones,
d) to stay in the corridors or the playground during breaks without teacher supervision,
e) to litter the school,
f) to bring valuables to school. The school is also not
responsible for items brought to school by children, e.g.
school supplies, toys, clothes, etc.,
g) bringing animals to school premises,
h) smoking or using illegal drugs.

(3) The consequences of failure to observe the rules and regulations may be:
a) admonition by the teacher,
b) admonition by the head of the school,
c) informing parents of the student's misbehavior,
d) expulsion from school.

4 Parents are obliged to:
a) systematically check the student's progress,
b) help with homework,
c) attend school interviews,
d) provide written excuses for absences and tardiness,
e) pay school fees by the due date. An additional fee of ₤10 (for each week of tardiness) will be
charged for tardiness. Children whose
parents are in arrears and do not notify the school management in advance will be
suspended from school and possibly dropped from the list of students,
f) to send or bring the student to school on time and to pick up
after classes,
g) to familiarize their children with the school rules and regulations and to help
them abide by them.

5. Parents are expected to:
a) send their children to school regularly for Saturday classes
b) help organize all school events
c) allow their children to participate in plays and academies
Any costs of damage caused by a student will be borne by his
parents or guardians.
